I left a request for an appointment on their website hoping to get our chimney cleaned within the next week or two. They called back the next day and scheduled an appointment for later that same day! I wasn't there, but my wife was VERY impressed with how careful they were to keep everything clean. They also looked into a problem we were having with the damper in the chimney since buying the home, and found it had a bunch of debris behind it which they cleaned out as best they could. Also, I wanted them to check out our chimney cap because we had been told it may need to be re-capped...they were honest enough to tell us the cap looked fine, and that the spark arrestor looked good for another season, but should be replaced after that. From the sounds of it, the chimney hadn't been cleaned for quite awhile. If you're in the Fayetteville or Peachtree City area and need a good, honest chimney sweep, these are the guys you want to call!

We were thrilled with The Fayette Chimney Sweeps service. We were able to call & scheduled a date for the next Saturday, when we would be home. The tech actually arrived early, but called ahead of time to make sure that would be convenient for us. He explained in detail everything he would be doing. He also took every precaution to keep our home clean and to catch any soot that was loosened so it wouldn't go in the air. He informed us of a missing chimney cap and flashing needed, which we were aware of, and my husband chose to repair himself. Overall, the job was extremely thorough and absolutely spotless. We received an extremely honest, trustworthy transaction by a very polite, professional gentleman. We will definitely use The Fayette Chimney Sweet again.

I contacted 5 other chimney sweeps in the area and all of them quoted prices much higher so I was a little skeptical. They came out on time explained the whole process and was quick, clean and efficent. Great Job
