I paid for a friend and I to go Hammam's "pamper the bride" open house recently, and I was very disappointed. The event was horribly organized. There were no signs, no sign up sheets, and we spent more time standing in line than we enjoyed their services. We were told we couldn't use the hot tub or sauna because they were having a plumbing problem. To top everything off, they wouldn't validate our parking, so we both had to pay $7 to get out of their parking lot.

The service at this spa was great from beginning to end...they give you a glass of juice with fruit with delicious cookies! The pedicurist did ok, but I didn't really good a good massage on my feet because they had long nails, but they were very friendly. I would definetly do it all over again.

The wet area is the best. Go early and take advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi, and multiple jet shower. Therapist was great and massage includes a delicious foot massage. Yes, they do not validate parking and the place is hard to find so make sure you arrive with enough time and cash for the parking lot.

I have been to many spas, and this is most certainly NOT sub-par!!! Who are these people that wrote such things? I think they must have visited when the spa first opened and was working out a few kinks. On my visits, I have received a special welcome beverage, fantastic steam room/sauna, and a special Turkish salt foot rub before my massage. They go above and beyond!!! Highly recommended.

this is an incredible spa, although alittle out of the way,it's worth the trip, go 30 minutes early to enjoy the steam rooms and whirlpool, and be pampered by the best and if you need any medical treatments they can do that too!!

I sent my husband here for a relaxing massage. He said that this was just an ok place to visit. It seemed to be more on the medical side, and less on the relaxing to him. He would rather return to our usual Spa Sydell.

It was ok...but not the best I've been to, and I would not go back. I bought a promotional package with 4 mini-visits. I didn't even bother going in for the manicure visit because the rest were sub-par. In the 3 times I was there, the steam room never worked. The changing area in the locker room was cramped. And they do not validate parking. The one thing that raised it to 3 stars was the hot stone massage I got--I paid extra to upgrade to a full hour and that was excellent.

In all fairness, I am not your average spa-goer. A trip to Miraval will do that to you. Anyway, locker room was small, wet sauna wasn't working, jacuzzi area is co-ed. Waiting room area had no beverages (come on...a pitcher of water or something) and only 1 outdated magazine. The foot scrub was okay but it was in the hallway...why not in the treatment room?? Massage table was nice and toasty, therapist was okay. But for what I paid I expected a lot more. Natural Body Spa is 1,000 times better.
