I have a toddler here and am happy. The front desk staff can be a little rude....but the toddler teacher, Ms. Linda, is amazing and makes it all worth it. I don't know if we'll stay when my child moves up to the next class, but the baby and toddler rooms have been a great experience.

The owners are horrible people, they only are there for the money. Directors of the Center lie about everything. My child was hit, bit, pinched and spit on by the same child daily and the owner and directors did nothing. When I voiced my concern and complained, they made my child leave the center. I had a child at the center for almost 5 years. The last day I was there. the director disappear and I was unable to get my child outbecause they deleted my code. The police had to get my child out of the center and I called and filed a complaint with Decal/Bright From the Start!

I only have good words to say about this place. My daughter looks forward to going to school at Kid Connection. The staff is friendly and down to earth and they always have different & exciting activites or field trips planned. A+!

I was disgusted with the appearance of both the facility and the children here on a regular basis. In fact, my daughter was terribly ill the entire time she was enrolled here. I can remember the final straw that pushed us to withdraw her was arriving to pick her up after work one day and her face was covered in dirt, glue in her hair and her nose needed wiped terribly. They allowed parents to bring their sick children in all the time - who were OBVIOUSLY very ill in appearance and behavior. It was a terrible experience for us, and I actually quit my job to care for my daughter and bring her health back.

the local school also gave us 'the look' when we indicated where our children were going to daycare. Seems they have a reputation of the children not being prepared for school. I have to agree that my daughter who attended pre-k here didn't learn nearly as much as our son who attended pre-k somewhere else. over all i was very disappointed. Members of the staff are very rude, difficult to work with and very unaccomodating. My son had a bad time here in after school care and refuses to go back! My daughter did ok, but her behavior grew out of control as there is minimal supervision. Some of the teachers were good, but overall I regret sending my kids here.

First child, had to scramble for Pre-K as I was unaware of the urgency, and the Kid Connection was the only one still open in the area. Local school told me to avoid it, but my daughter loved her teacher, Miss Shanita, and she had zero problems transitioning into Kindergarten and beyond. Not sure what the school was warning against, but just know that they do a fine job in my opinion.

They didn't treat my child like I would want her to be treated in the older classes. We switched daycares, and I wish I had done it earlier! Cheaper is not always better!
