Worst service yet! Does not answer phone, does not answer emails, does not own up to their mistakes and no sense of professionalism. I will NEVER deal with this company again and I recommend no one else to go through their bs.

They tell you one thing and do another and not give back your money. They take your money and never send you the part.

Timothy Ellis 206 Upper Somer Lane Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania 16929 570-944-0040 Timothy ordered rocker panels for a 97-03 Pontiac Grand Prix 4 door on 9/28/10. They were delivered 7 working days later on 10/7/10. UPS tracking number 1Z4521180378572596. Timothy never did pay the shipping charges for his order.
I orderd panels to replace my rusted ones. I purchased the panels on a Monday and I recieved my parts on Thursday. Communication was great, I talked to them a few times and they were very profession. I also recieved a military discount. Highly recommend.

The Lake Erie Trading Post has a large selection of high quality rust repair panels at very competitive prices. The shipping costs are also very fair.

Was very dissatisfied at 1st because I didn't receive my parts for over a month, and communication was very poor. I did eventually receive my parts and they did eventually get back to me. They said they were updating some systems and had a lag in communications. Call them 1st to see if they have a business message on their voicemail, and to see if they communicate well with you. If they do, then you should be good to order from them. Just don't expect to get your parts very quickly.
