My home had not been "lived" in for some time. When I contacted this service the estimate was $205-350? It took 3 phone calls just to book these people one of which was with the owner Scott. Four women arrived at 1:15 and I thought this was going to be a through top to bottom clean. When they were "finished" I even questioned the team leader Rebecca about mopping the hallway. After they left I found several areas that had not been TOUCHED? Furious, I called Scott and his response to me was...I can't believe it...I mean these are the same women that clean my house? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN????

My husband tried to do something nice for me by hiring this company. I was pregnant and on bed rest. I'm sick at my stomach when I think about how much money we spent ($306) for what they call a base cleaning. It was a joke. I had to write 2 pages of instructions for them to come back and do what was missed because I was at the hospital having the baby by the time they were able to come back. It was not within 24 hours. I came home from the hospital to find that they still didn't do everything I asked. My requests were nothing out of the ordinary. I also filled out an online review with their company and no one ever responded with an apology. I guess they don't care because they got their money out of us. Don't be fooled by this company!

This was a pre-move in clean and our new home was completely empty. When 3 maids pulled up (we contracted for 4) in a filthy yellow car eating greasy chicken- I had my doubts. One of the maids was sick and had a horrible full body cough (and of course, she wouldn't cover her mouth). So much for a "sterilizing" clean... Things they botched: blinds, hardwood floors, crown molding, baseboards, windows - pretty much everything. They didn't sweep the hardwood floors before they "cleaned" and ended up just mopping the dirt around, creating a streaked (and still very dirty) floor. The things they did right were: 1. showing up on time and 2. a great job cleaning the refrigerator (the supervisor did this). Otherwise: totally unprofessional and the national franchise should be ashamed to license to these people. We expressed our displeasure and they offered to come back out and clean again. We don't want these people in our house EVER AGAIN! They refuse to give us even a partial refund. If you value the money that you work so hard for: AVOID THIS COMPANY! I'll be contacting the leadership of the national franchise to fill them in on the questionable business practices being conducted in their good name. All we wanted was for our first home to be clean enough so we could start moving in... Our mistake was including "The Maids" in any part of our American dream.

I had them in for a pre move in clean. The floor was new, as well as the stove. There was no refridgerator for them to clean. They did a fairly good job on the tubs, but the cupboards, windows, sinks and floors were still filthy dirty. For this they charged me $230.00. This company is a total rip off.

They started well (used 9 times) but depending on the team despatched the quality varied. Last Wednesday's visit did not go well, the lady who did the dusting was very clumsy, after some near misses she broke a Blind header and ripped a 26" thin wood carved beading from an 18th century Chippendale Cabinet panel. After complaining we received a letter the following day stating; "Effective immediately, we are terminating our cleaning services to your household........ I have become uncomfortable with what appears to be a lack of respect towards our employees while cleaning your home....... Last Wednesday's visit was particularly disturbing......

Used them once - very thorough and fast. They'll have four people in to clean and be in and out in a couple hours. Be very clear with instructions - they misunderstood a few things in my case, but nothing worth griping much about. Recommended.
