I called th maytag store to come out and look at my washing machine. They were awesome! They charged me $90.00 to come out and look at it. It turned out that my machine was toast so they gave me a $50.00 credit. I went down to the federal way store and they were great. They had the best price on a new front load washer and dryer and their delivery prices and service were amazing. I will definitely be telling eveyone who needs service or appliances to buy from the Maytag Store.

They sold us a defective front loading floor model. The washer did not work after they delivered it. We tried to get someone to come out the same day to fix it, but they wouldn't do that. Someone came out a couple of days later and said they fixed it but it still doesn't work. They should make sure that the units work before they leave them and walk away. They couldn't tell us exactly when someone would come out again, but I am ready to ask them to come and take them away. Don't shop at this store, go to Lowes, Sears or Home Depot.

Stay away. Go to Sears. I bought an expensive French Door, Counter Depth KitchenAid Refrigerator. It was delivered with a dent in the frame in an area that was not visible, and because we needed a refrigerator, we accepted as delivered. Shortly afterwards we discovered the left hand door will not stay open and the Ice cube tray will not fully open. Called for service. 4 service trips later neither problem is resolved. I contacted KitchenAid directly. KitchenAid Customer Service called the Service dept at The Maytag Group and they were assured by The Maytag Store Service Group, that the repair was completed. The service group is unable/unwilling to correct the problems, and the management of the Maytag Stores are unavailable. KitchenAid Customer Service has contacted another service group (A & E Factory Service) to attempt the repairs. This has been an exceptionally frustrating and unsatisfactory situation. I will not recommend this group to anyone and will pro-actively disseminate my opinion of this ill-managed and inept organization. Stay away. Go to Sears.

Please note you will be charged $90 just for them walking in your door and this is not credited to your bill. I paid $191 for a 30 min. service call for them to fix a washer in a rental. My tenant was also supposed to have them look at a refrigerator, which she neglected to do. When asked if they could come back out and not charge me a trip charge, but just time and materials for the work, they would not agree to it w/o charging me another $90 trip charge. Very poor value for the work performed, in my opinion.
