Wow. That's really the first thing that comes to my mind about Shanne. We have just bought our first house using Shanne's services and honestly I don't think we could have done it without him. Shanne and his team worked tirelessly for us, well above and beyond my wife and I's expectations. It is a comfort, knowing that there are people still out there in the world that provide a service to this degree knowing full well they didn't have to. God bless you and your family, Shanne.

I was at first rather hesitant to use Shanne rather than financing through my bank. However, if I had gone through my bank, I could not have closed so quickly and cleanly. Shanne provided very attentive service to let us close the sale in record time. There were some snags thrown in by specialty financing which Shanne quickly researched and managed. His office staff was also very attentive to getting things done quickly with a minimum of hassle for me. The end result was we closed in record time which allowed me to move out of a hotel and into my new home. In short, Shanne is great. Use him.

My husband and I have worked with Shanne Sleder several times for purchases and a refinance. We keep going back to him because he goes out of his way to provide over and above excellent service. He worked to ensure that our loan closed smoothly, even helping to solve escrow problems when they arose. He is very on top of things and completely trustworthy. Shanne does an excellent job providing the client with a personal experience, and goes over and above to ensure the process is completed as smooth as possible. Buying a home is stressful enough as it is, but it was wonderful knowing I could call/email anytime and there'd be a real-live person on the other end. Big banks may provide the $$ but not the personal attention received from The Mortgage Planners; and when you’re laying out the contents of your financial past and sharing a significant amount of personal information, the last thing you want is to feel like you’re standing in line at the DMV each time you need an answer to a question.
