They,Munne Center"" are doing a good job .As long as I make time to speak with all the care-givers and let them know what I think my help make things better and I feel needs to change. Munne Center... works at fixing it...I can't ask for much more.

Run for your lives!!!!!!, 8/20/2009

The diet isn't worth giving to a dog( the same thing or a sandwich), they line the people up like cattle for meals, the don't speak English well, one nurse, if that much, on staff, not attentive to... patients, no outdoor activities/time, no indoor activities, lack of attention regarding care. My mother was a resident who required her sugar levels to be taken prior to each meal. At each visit I asked how her sugar level was and was told excellent. When I went to visit she was sleeping and was told she ate very well and her sugar was great. Yet at 5:00 a.m. she was sent to Jackson South because she went into a diabetic coma that put her into intensive care. The phsyician said she had a bed sore stage 4 infectious disease and she was near death. Her potassium was off the charts and I found out through my mother's records that no one took her sugar levels since February (this was the month of May). My mother insisted that they had abused her and pulled on her. To this day I will never forgive myself for allowing my mother to go there. They have no right to do this to the elderly. They do nothing to encourage their minds or their bodies. The phsyician who attends to the patients should have his license taken away from him. I wonder if he bought it at Wallgreens. I have reported them to the B. B. B. and Carmel Caffaro(consumer advocate). Please anyone else who had a similar story come forth. Oh I forgot when they told me she was in emergency with a battered face and they blamed it on my mother trying to get up from her wheelchair (who doesn't walk) to retrieve something. You should see the pictures!
