The Olive Group Contractors performed approximately $30,000 of repairs on our residence on schedule and within budget. The Olive Group Contractors exhibited profound knowledge of the building industry and were punctual, proficient, well organized, extremely focused and hard working. Matthew Tuttle, the Owner, is an intellectual and creative thinker with an eye for details and a fondness to reason unseen in most contractors. He was able to develop on the spot design solutions and thoughtful opinions for various items in our home. Matt was personable and easy to communicate with during all stages of repair. He performed frequent inspections on our property and if any work appeared slightly substandard, he would have his Sub-Contractors rip it out and do it again. The overall level of quality assurance and control far exceeded our expectations. He is a perfectionist!

Furthermore, the Olive Group, LLC performed small and large repairs with the same level of urgency, including but not limited to: parging of the exterior wall, concrete work, drywall repair, siding repair, waterproofing, door installation, window resetting, hardwood flooring installation, gutter replacement, electrical work, trim and molding work, mold repair, HVAC check, and numerous tasks too many to mention. They provided us with service above and beyond their contractual obligations. The professionalism exemplified was phenomenal!

We just completed a 5-month-long renovation of our circa-1958 single-family brick home that included major mold remediation, foundation repairs, some utilities replaced, and demolishing the kitchen and bathrooms down to studs. The owner of the Olive Group helped us to develop a plan for the renovations that fit in our budget, and as discoveries were made during the project, he helped us stay within our budget. He never failed to be courteous to my wife and I, and his workers and subcontractors did careful work. The Olive Group gave us good advice on selecting materials such as tubs, counter tops, faucets, and trim, which helped us to achieve a harmonious appearance to our home after this "total makeover". As you would expect with a project as complex as this, a few minor errors were made, but the Olive Group promptly corrected them at their own cost. I have no reservations about recommending the Olive Group to others considering major home renovations.

I was able to get quality work & service for my Bmore rental from the Olive Group. They were able to complete the work within the timeframe and worked around my tenant's schedule with no problems.

Most small general contractors dont have and engineering degree, only wishful thinking. Matt Tuttle has the smarts to build it, ethics to get it done right and a friendly personality. Having worked with him on several projects, including his own home, I have seen a good man in action. Put him to work for you.

I recently had the opportunity to acquire remodeling services at my home which were provided by The Olive Group. Needless to say, I was surprisingly overwhelmed by the outcome of the job. Employees of The Olive Group were prompt, attentive to detail, and very respectful in my home. I was pleased with the large remodeling job, and the fact that The Olive Group went over and beyond what the job detailed. The job was started and completed as discussed and in accordance to our contract. During the job, the work team kept my home clean and clear of debris. I would certainly recommend The Olive Group for any home improvement job big or small. The Olive Group certainly performs "Exceptional Work".
