You won't lose sleep buying your mattress here
The first time I needed a mattress in 1999 I went all over town, with prices and guarantees that didn't match the hype each place was promoting. Finally went to the mattress factory and talked to the gentleman who was also doing the local TV ads. He stated that I would like my mattress or I could bring it back and they would change the configurtation to suit my needs. When I asked about a 30 or 60-day return policy he said, "Heck, sleep on it for a year! If you don't like it bring it back and we will fix it for you." That sold me.
So, I needed a new mattress this month (we changed mattress sizes). They looked up my old configuration and made me a new one of the size I needed, with all the same guarantees in place.
The new bed is exactly what I needed for comfort and size, and the friendly, low-pressure sales rep (David Phillips) made my visit a great one. Thanks Mattress Factory!
