I explained my situation to Mr. Peck and he informed me that legal advice is not given over the telephone which i can respect. I asked could I set up a time to come into the office being that his website states that he has a free 30 minute initial consultation. Mr. Peck quickly informed me that his practice deals mostly with taxes (accounting situtations). The website states a variety of services, one which included my situation. I was willing to pay whatever fee would be due after the initial 30 minute consultation. Mr Peck was polite, however I did feel the brush off from him. He stated that he does not have an hourly rate, which i did not ask for any. I do believe that he is a good tax attorney, but first impressions are remembered.

Incredible Experience
Jason Peck and his entire staff helped my husband and I through probably the most difficult experience in our lives. The way they successfully handled our OIC was amazing and the outcome could not have been better. Jason was always professional, understanding and he treated us with the utmost respect and sensitivity. I would highly recommend The Peck Group for tax preparation, tax resolution and all financial advice for a business. They are AWESOME!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
It was such a pleasure working with Mr. Jason Peck and his staff! He helped me through a very time as he handled not only my Offer and Compromise, but also my taxes. He handled everything with such decorum and integrity. No matter what question I had for him, he had the answer! He is very prompt, knowlegable and flexible with his appointments. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to EVERYONE!
