BEWARE of the VERY unstable women named "SHELIA" that runs the place. Talk about a menopausal break down. She just attacked me in a loud verbal voice when i brought the 3 empty small boxes to the counter and asked her to order the 3 supplies that had been out of, from the month before. She got loud and louder and shorter with me. When I asked her to not speak to me in that tone, she said, I'm just explaining to you what you "can't " understand. She called me an idiot in front of her employee and when I explained how unprofessional it was of her and that she shouldn't be bringing in her employee into it, after the fact. because after all, it just puts this employee in a bad position to be forced to side with you, in fear of losing her job. Shelia called me an idiot again and requested my name. Like really?? Wow, this is the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I use to love this place and have been getting most all of my animal supplies from them since the day they opened ....Till after today!!

I take my Golden Retriever to Pet Gallery to get "fluffed and buffed", and took my dog I had before my Golden. They are great, and Nicole and Jackie (the owners) are awesome and really love all animals, which I think is so important. They treat their 'clients' as their own pets. I highly recommend Pet Gallery!!

All I typically get there is food, but the staff is very friendly and they have the natural brand I like for a reasonable price. If you're looking for an alternative to the crummy pet-store brands, this store carries Innova, Evo, etc., at good prices.

We have two 14 y.o. peek-a-poos and a 2 y.o. Havanese and have been using The Pet Gallery for many years. Always friendly, excellent quality service. The dogs are always in a good mood-even the two peek-a-poos. They know the dogs and us. They are a great part of our neighborhood!

My yorkie loves going to get his hair done at Pet Gallery. Everyone there is sweet, kind, and knowledgeable and I feel that he is safe when I leave him there. I cannot say enough good things about the staff!!

It is always easy to get an appointment, the owners are nice, and my dog doesn't mind going there. I don't have dog that needs a complex haircut, but they have always done a great job.

I have two dogs, a Shih Tzu and a German Shepherd mix. They always treat my "babies" with care and concern and equally as important, they look great when I pick them up. The prices are very reasonable and I couldn't ask for better treatment for my pets. If you haven't already please give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I was new in town and a co-worker recommended them to me when I lived in Smyrna. I was so pleased with them and they are much better than Petsmart, much more friendly and customer friendly! When I moved to Buckhead I tried another place and was scared off (see another review of mine if interested) and decided to go back to The Pet Gallery. I have a 10 year old Shih Tzu and he just loves getting his hair cut there. Thanks guys if you are reading this!!!

I rescued my dog from a bad home and after reading the other reviews I chose this place and was very pleased. The people there were very sweet to my skittish little dog. They were very polite and she was ready right on time. She came home with a cute cut, very soft fur and in a great mood. I am definitely going back.

We have taken our german sheperd to Pet Gallery for a few years and never had a bad experience. They are accomodating to last minute appointments and do a complete job grooming. Beyon that we can tell that they simply love animals!
