Cheap,that's it!
I ordered some dog food from these clowns because they had 20% off everyhting on there site. That order was placed 12-4-10 and 5 days later I still don't have my dog food. Yet my credit card was charged. Not a good way to keep a customer.

Livelongandprosper, you must have us confused with another on-line retailer. We received no orders on Saturday December 4, 2010. Our question to you would be if you placed an order with us, you would have received a confirmation immediately from our system and a follow up call directly to confirm your order with us.
