1st: Two sides to every story--I know SHAE 22 and they complain about everything ALL the time. John and his men went out 5 times FREE to help. A new PRV was installed but a slight vibration occured...3 weeks later. City told Plumbers the issue was a city meter problem at that point. What made SHAE 22 uncomfortable was John was asked what he thought of their "certain lifestyle" (2 females) and he is a Catholic and answered honestly, but with decency.Nor did John threaten any lawsuit, for what? Fact is Plumber's Guilde is a GREAT company with LOW rates and EXCELLENT work! They helped me when no one else could get it done...and SHAE 22 referred them! How ironic! If John couldn't solve the issue you can bet he did ALL that was humanly possible to do it. He is a Plumber...not God. I HIGHLY recommend them and say to SHAE 22--stop being so bitter to everyone when you don't get your way! You have been like that since I've known you!And BRAVO to John for not responding to their childish loqaicious meanness! He's a great guy as is all the men at the Plumber's Guilde.

We had a water leak under our house which John came out & fixed several months ago. During this time he noticed that our house did not have a PRV Pressure release valve which he installed one for us. After completion we noticed that every time we turned on the water in house or even washing clothes that there was a vibration noise underneath that would shake our floors and make an awful sound. We asked john several times to come out & take a look to see what was going on. After waiting almost two months he finally came out and blamed the noise/vibration on the city due to increased pressure. Which I thought was the point of having the PRV. We find out (by another company) the valve that John used was defective and 6 out 10 were bad. After refusing to come back out & still blaming the issue on the city I had to mention to take this matter further if he would not correct his work. At this time he told me and I quote "sue me that's fine I have a great lawyer." Still months later he refuses to come out and fix anything. We still have a bad valve & a noisy vibration noise every time we turn on our water. John also made some very inappropriate comments while at our home that made us feel VERY uncomfortable!! John is EXTREMELY unprofessional and obviously does not guarantee his work!!! DO NOT USE!!!!

I recently heard word from the Water Company that I had a leak. The leak was actually 4/10 gallons per minute which amounts to 17000 gallons per month. Searching for a plumber in an emergency situation, I was referred to Plumber's Guilde by a friend of mine who put me in touch with John, the owner. After assessing the situation and not at any problem due to Plumber's Guilde my house was basically built by idiots. It is a colony home, and the water line was virtually impossible to find not to mention the original water line did not take the obvious path from the water meter to where it should have went. John and his crew ended up running a new line and beating an earlier quote from another well known plumbing company. I no longer have a water leak and also have a 10 year warranty which is double that of the other quote that I received. John also educated me on small things that I can do to save on my water bill such as replacing both toilets with new fixtures (such as the flapper) and such. Not only did they correct the problem but they have educated me on being a better water consumer and helping me to lower my water costs. Great Job and highly recommend. Also, John took my invoice and made a call into the Water Company to help with allowing me to be credited for the overage of usage with the Water Company because of the leak.

I've had two very recent experiences with Plumber's Guilde Harris Plumbing. The first was an evening emergency and "Walter" handled it beautifully. The second unrelated visit was also an evening service call, by another Guilde plumber, and it was disappointing. I won't use them again.

I had a new bigger tub installed and needed my shower and tub faucet moved on Sunday. After calling all over Atlanta, Plumbers' Guilde agreed to do the job. John, the owner is a great guy, but he neither seemed to have the time or the care to do the job right. My faucet stuck out a good 3 inches after I had double layered the cement board and installed the travertine tile. The shower head was connection was all the way in the wall. I called John several times and got the run around. I have had to buy a soldering kit and shower extension arm to get my bath to work. Moral of the story, if you have an easy quick job and feel like helping out small company; call Plumbers' Guilde.

I heard about The Plumber's Guilde at the Wesley Chapel Home Depot. They are very professional and do great work all the time. What's great about the company is that all of their plumbers are certified and licensed! They offer great rates on any plumbing problems.

I was very satisfied with the service we received. Our water heater broke over night. We called early in the morning, and they were at our house by 8:00 or so that morning, and we had a new water heater installed by noon and they disposed of the old one. We were very happy with the quick response and the service. Would definitely recommend.
