The Plumbing Detectives

jason of the plumbing detectives came to my house today to repair my hot water heater. outside of being on time, fast, thorough, and professional, he was also very friendly, courteous, offered numerous solutions to prevent future problems, and was very affordable. i'm honored to do a review on here about them and will continue to use them for any plumbing problems i have in the future. highly recommend! thanks y'all-

Jason came out to our house last minute (we called late in the afternoon after Christmas) and he was there when he said he would be, he was honest with us, nice as could be, fixed our problem, and was very fair with rates. He came recommended by a mom's group and we were very happy to find him!

I read all of the reviews left for Jason and his company. I figured if they were half true, I would be happy. I can tell you that he lived up to the hype. He REALLY knows his stuff, I can see why he's called the plumbing detective! I will use again for sure!

The Plumbing Detectives came out and took care of a clogged commode that I had in my hall bath. My toddler had dropped a toy in it and I thought I was going to need a new commode. Jason came out and told me he would be able to get the toy out. Well he did get it out and it flushed good again. I was relieved that I didn't have to replace it. I would call them again for sure if I ever need a plumber.

Fast, friendly, and fair. This is the best description of The Plumbing Detectives. If I EVER need to call a plumber again, they will be the one call I make. Thanks Jason ^_^
