Called during a super bowl party with an overflowing toilet, they arrived within 30 minutes and had us ready in no time. I would definitely recommend.

I have never had a problem with plumbing before. Called Jon, a really mannerable guy. He came out in the ice storm. I told him my washer was over flowing in the drain pipe. He ran a 135ft snake thru the toilet. He claimed he found root I never saw the root.Cost 275.00 and I gave him a 25.00 tip for traveling in ice storm. Same problem a month later, called Jon He tells me I need to have my pipes dug, up to remove roots in pipes. He will snake it again for 200.00 Called a friend out of town. Told him exactly what I told Jon. I washed a comforter. Washed the same comforter. Problem was, cotton was coming out of comforter clogging the drain. My friend told me something is clogging the drain, to get a bottle of max gel drano, pour it in the drain. Problem solved, cotton surfaced, drain cleared. NO ROOTS, AS JON STATED. Stick me with a fork, I am done with The Plumbing Doctor!!! By the way white Tissue/cotton particles were present on drain ledge, when Jon serviced my home. He even picked some off the ledge.

I accidentally hit a water pipe with a chisel during my bathroom renovation and luckily had a Plumbing Doctor magnet with his emergency number on it! Jon told me over the phone how to stop the water, was there immediately and fixed the problem quickly and for an UNBEATABLE price! He even offered me advice on how to best complete my renovation. Way over priced$175 to replace a 20" water line from under the sink to the dishwasher. I scheduled an appointment and changed it for him because the weather was going to be bad. The price was out robbery.
Do Not Use this guy!!!...

I called the plumbing doctor when my yard was being washed away from a broken pipe. They arrived within 30 minutes, quoted me a fair price, repaired the broken pipe and was on their way without trying to up sell me on anything or dishing me any bogus information. I was impressed. You cant go wrong with these guys.
