There are a few people in my life that I bonded with quickly and hopefully forever and Karen is one of them. She is upfront, to the point and most importantly, honest. She told us what had to be done from the beginning and never waivered from that. Her energy, wit, humor and compassion are unmatched and I hope our friendship continues. Karen, you're the best!

Claxton Underwood was my realtor and he was just perfect. I was looking to purchase my first home and was extremely nervous, but Clax walked me through every step of the process with patience. He had extensive knowledge of all the areas I was interested in looking at, and he never once made me feel pressured. I love my new home; it is a perfect fit in every way. Karen Eberson is the best! She was there every step of the way, and always available whenever I called. Selling a home from out-of-state, which I had to do, is a daunting task, and you need someone by your side you can trust. Karen was that person. Her can-do attitude, knowledge of the real estate market, honesty and warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile, enabled me to relax and sleep at night knowing I was in good hands. I can't recommend her enough!
