Less than impressed is an understatement
We hired this company indirectly through a landscaping company who was our GC on a full re-do of our yard.
The initial install seemed to be going OK until it came time to install the pump.
The guy just disappeared for several weeks, apparently this was scheduled, but he never mentioned it.
After that rather than wait our GC did some minor clean-up tasks.
Next we had a leak in the overflow.
Then a leak around what turned out to be a clogged filter. No mention that this might need cleaning.
After a period of use we now find ourselves with a full cistern but either the pump or controller appears to be burned out.
Over a week ago the guy said he would be out. No sign. No calls. No response to additional calls.
We are about to contact another company
to inspect and fix current problem.
After sales service is NOT a priority!!!!

Nothing The Rainharvest Company installed works
They installed a rain reclamation and grey water system. It's been disastrous. My hardwood floors have been flooded twice. Mr. Morgan has not responded to my calls/letter. Having spent over $16000 on this, I have not saved an drop of water and am still trying to figure out how to deal with the mess he has left in my house.
