My teacher was the best! Very professional, LOVES teaching, LOVES real estate (and shows it in every way) and truly cares about the students' success. There wasn't one question or senerio that she could not answer. She always tied-in the information (thru repetition) that we had in previous chapters to relate to the current information we were presently learning. She made those 6-9:15 PM classes worth every minute of them! You'd be crazy to take your course from anyone else!

I had the crazy notion that I wanted to attend a real estate school cram course to obtain my real estate license. Fortunately for me, my colleague had done the leg work and already enrolled in a school close to the office. Little did I know this brief encounter with "The Real Estate School" would spark my thirst for knowledge and inspire me all at the same time. Our first night we dug right into the principles of real estate. It was fast paced but the professionalism, sensitivity and encouragement of Charleta, our instructor, put my nervous mind to rest. She has such passion for real estate it created an environment of peace and ease to learn. She presented tons of examples and no question went unanswered. She taught in sync with the book and paused if we gave her the deer in head lights look. It was a refreshing and an unexpected joy to learn from someone who loves what they do and it shows.

My experience with my instructor was enlightening, fun, indepth and very educational. My instructor was knowledgable, detailed, and had very interactive class discussions. I made a 92 on my school exam and a 92 on the GA Real Estate Exam, so I feel I was very well instructed! Shannon Gooch
