DO NOT USE RITEWAY WATERPROOFING IN CHAGRIN FALLS!, 5/17/2015

DO NOT USE RITEWAY WATERPROOFING IN CHAGRIN FALLS! They left a huge hole in my yard and never fixed it despite numerous calls from me. Also, if they are having too many complaints, they turn off... their phone lines so you can't get in touch with them! Avoid at all cost.

basement work, 7/02/2012

My family resides in Westlake, Ohio, and we hired them to waterproof our basement and grout some blocks. The job took a little over a week which I was told it would, and all went as promised. Can't... complain about anything really, Thank You.

Run! Run as fast as you can!

I, too, would have used 0 stars. They didn't check the lateral line to ensure that it was flowing freely (so we had water again 2 mos after the job was completed). They cut an electrical line (not the main line, but we'll get to that), they hit the main water line. The water service had to turn off water - plumber turned it on, (they said they would have fixed it themselves, but couldn't find the parts they needed at Home Depot!). Then they sliced into the main electrical line to the house. They were going to tape that, but I insisted they call an electrician. They left our yard a MESS, and they won't come back.
