Each loan that is closed by The Ryan Mortgage Team is closely analyzed by Tara. She received her MBA from Emory's Goizueta Business School and an undergraduate degree is in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech.

Natalie Hart is our loan analyst. Natalie brings a wealth of mortgage experience to our team and she is the key to getting your loan from the application stage to funding. Natalie has worked as an underwriter - including as an FHA Direct Endorsed Underwriter - for many years which means that she will quickly identify any surprises that may come up and find creative solutions to work around them.

Richard Ryan, also an Electrical Engineering graduate of Georgia Tech, is our renovation specialist. He handles primarily FHA 203k renovation and Fannie Mae Homestyle renovation loans.
