I pulled the cable connector from the back of my tv while trying adapting for a comcast upgrade. I did a Kudzu search by distance, asking each contact for an estimated cost to repair my tv model. The first one said I would have to bring it to his shop. Another quoted high and had concerns about complications and added costs. "The Service Center" took the info, said no problem, gave the lowest estimate and scheduled a visit. The owner, Benjamin, was on time, personable, competitent and a nice guy to know and deal with -- and the TV is sharper than before.
