Horrible place to live!, 3/04/2011

The apartments are big and nice. They offer alot of amenities at no cost. Unfortunately, half that stuff doesn’t work. The "business center" is one printer for the entire complex (100s of students)... It’s always broken & takes weeks (in 1 case the entire quarter) to fix. When not broken it's out of ink. They never keep extra ink in the office, so they have to order it in, taking a long time. The bus is good in theory only. It stops running at 9pm on weekdays. So you can't go to library, rec. center, etc. after or close to that time. The bus doesn't run until 9 pm on Saturdays, and doesn't run at all Sundays. (When I asked about the schedule before signing, they lied and said it ran daily & wouldn’t show me a schedule) It doesn't run during summer, winter interim, or winter break, screwing over anyone with a schedule different from the standard undergrad calendar (medicine & audiology graduates) They've been caught trying to sneak fees on to bills that are supposedly "fines" (that they give for things they didn't do and & no way of proving otherwise). They wait til you've paid your bill then add the fine on to your total & e-mail you stating you didn't pay the full amount of your rent that month. The office people have no experience or knowledge so they guess or make stuff up. I never get same answer twice. They’re unprofessional and very rude.
