**** READ, VERY IMPORTANT
Just went in to have my truck windows tinted this morning. Price was average, customer service on the phone with Chris was average. They took my truck around back to work on it. I asked if I could watch the process and see what they were doing with my truck and I was told that I was not allowed in the back to see what was going on in a very defensive and rude manner. I was rudely told "if you have something in there that you shouldn't have or that you're worried about then you should have taken it out" insinuating that I may have something illegal in my truck???? How dare they suggest that. Unbenounced to them, I own a medium/large sized commercial construction and glazing company and I'm in need of a filming contractor for a multi-building project beginning soon and for many other smaller projects that we currently have that are requiring film of one sort or another. That's actually why I went there in the first place, to see how professional and organized they are. We'll never compromise our own reputation by hiring sub-par contractors. I can say that after being treated like a criminal/drug addict or whatever it was that they were suggesting at their store this morning, we will most certainly not be using this company for any of our projects or for any of my vehicles. I would suggest to any of their potential customers of that there's a good reason why you're not allowed to see what is happeng. Go somewhere where they aren't affraid to let you see what they're doing.
