This is the only UPS Store in town that HAS to know what you are shipping. The majority simply read some statement asking whether there are any combustible materials (yes/no). But this store needs to know exactly what it is, and if they don't understand they want to know how it works, what it's used for, why I bought it, etc. And this is for merchandise RETURNS that already went through UPS in the first place! I had a prepaid shipping label. Avoid this store.

shipped two crystal lamps with hanging prisms to N.Georgia. This store packed the 2 boxes but I used FedEx to ship. The shipping was fine (no damage to outside of boxes), but lamps were completely apart/disassembled. Sent photos and certified mail for $70 refund--ignored by manager and told to file a FALSE INSURANCE CLAIM with FedEx--I have an acct with FedEx, why would I jeopardize that plus lie? Store owners never responded. Don't recommend shipping anything valuables with these people, or using their services.
