The UPS Store

I have always had good luck with receiving with UPS so I thought I would use them to return some product for work. It was pretty spendy considering it was already packaged and very light. The associates behind the counter looked miserable and one was more concerned with her ebay auction than anyone in the store, including her co-worker. This could be a great store and a wonderful convience if they could lower their prices and have a little but more lively employees there.

I needed to send a saxophone without a case. The associate at the UPS took the measurements and quoted $40 for the packaging alone. She also mentioned that I could send the package using the US Postal Service but they charge different rates. I ended up finding an old box & newspaper to package it myself and took it down to the nearby post office. I had to wait a few minutes at the US Post Office but it was worth the $40 to $60 dollars I saved on packaging and shipping.
