WORST TIRE SHOP EVER!
I will never shop at this tire shop again! I heard they were the place to go and bought 4 tires at different times and had trouble with 3 out of the 4!!! I would NEVER again let them touch my bike not even with a ten foot pole!!

I should have never let them touch my bike!
I REALLY HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR, NOT 0! Although this happened a few years ago, I still have sand in my shorts about it. I am so glad I finally get to share it with you guys and gals. I was living in phoenix, and my sportster was my only transportation, and I rode it day in and day out. The tires were getting close to being worn out. I asked around, and pretty much everyone said this was the place to go to get great tires and service. The bike was brought to the shop, and put in line with the othersWhen the kid(and I was only 25 at the time) was working on it, I stayed near the door to watch. When I noticed him wailing on the rear axle with a BFH to get the wheel back on, I asked the old bearded dude to go keep an eye on the kid and what he was doing. They told me it was done, I hopped on the bike, and wheeled it out of the shop. The belt didn't seem to be tracking on the rear pulley correctly, and the kid said he had set the tension a couple of times, and it kept coming out like that. I figured it was only a short ride home, then I would do it right. SO SO SO MANY TIMES I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE MORE THEN AND THERE!!!I started riding home, and the tranny sounded like there was a little sand in a bearing. Just a very faint sound BUT by the time I got home it sounded like there were a bunch of rocks bouncing around in there. Then I get the bike into the garage, and figure I'll adjust the belt.. IT WAS TIGHTER THAN A VIOLIN STRING. Turns out that the main carrier bearing was shot. I called the wheel shop, and they said there was no way that there installation could have caused it and I was SOL. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN IT TO HARLEY GOTTEN A LAWYER AND SUED THE BSSTDDS,,, but I had no money at the time. AHH I guess we all live an learn HOPEFULLY You can find a better place to take your bike and hard earned $$$. ...

Customer Service?????
I was a devoted customer of "The Wheel Shop" Since 1997 when i moved here. I always bought my tires, and other accessories from them . I always referred them to ALL my Bro's, until 2005. I took the day off to be the first in line for a new front wheel on my softail. I was there before they opened, got a new tire mounted and installed with a new innertube, in and out with no problems. Rode it home, parked it in the garage, spent the day getting it and my FXR ready for the Kick-off party ride that night for the start of Bike Week at Hacienda Harley. Checked the tire pressure on my FXR then thought i'd better check the softail, the front tire had 15 PSI in it. Definately had a leak in the innertube. Called the Wheel shop, their response was to get it back to them before they closed or else couldnt get it done until the next day. I pulled the wheel off, Jumped in my truck and Hauled Ass down to their shop for a new inner tube. DURING RUSH HOUR!!!! Brothers shoing up at 6 for the ride and i'm waiting at the shop for them to replace the tube. they didnt "Stop What they were working on to replace it, Just put it next in line" Didnt matter that i was their first customer of the day!!!! and their sh*t was defective, just get to it next!! Anyways, That was the last time I have darkened their doors!!! When i needed a new rear tire, I called around for a price qoute, they werent the cheapest anymore. I take my business to Cycle Gear. Yeah sure i have to take my tire off and put it back on, but they beat the Wheel shops prices by 20%, plus they are closer to my house than rolling to Phoenix! Oh yeah, recently i called the wheel shop again just to give them another chance, the guy on the phone couldnt even give me a "out the door price for the tire i was looking for" seems they are to busy catering to the Rubys than trying to give good prices. Oh Well!!! Lost mine and alot of other Bikers Business!!!!

No accountability
These guys "fixed" my rear brakes, among other things. Well, just two days later, the rear brakes fail completely. They blame the master cylinder. To me, the timing seems strange, not to them. No offer of reconciliation, no discount, no service to right the wrong.
Besides that, I got a good deal on tire's and installation, but I wont be back.
