The Yoga Loft

The easy level of Ashtanga with Sheila kicked my butt 47 times and left me sore for days. It was fantastic - the class was packed, but still felt very intimate. Sheila is an excellent instructor - very thorough, very knowledgeable. The space is simply gorgeous - high ceilings, gorgeous wood floors, serene atmosphere. The bathrooms have showers in them and there are tiny locker rooms for changing. I only wish I lived closer!

The Yoga Loft is a wonderful place if you are looking to build strength, scuplt your body, and feel revitalized after a hard day of work; Ashtanga cleanses my mind, body, and soul. The studio is also great; it's clean, instructors are knowledgeable, and hours are convenient. You should at least try it once!

The teachers are really attentive and supportive. Exactly what I needed to become a dedicated practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga. On top of that, the facility really has a wonderful meditative vibe.

This studio convinced a very resistant practitioner to really get into yoga. Ashtanga is a wonderful experience on so many levels. The knowledgable teachers have helped me develop my practice.
