Chef Paula attended The Culinary Institute of the South, and holds past affilliations with the United States Culinary Professionals, The United States Professional Chef?s Association, and is currently a member of the United States Personal Chef?s Association. She also holds certification with The National Registry Of Food Safety Professionals as a Food Safety Manager, as well as a separate ServeSafe food safety Certification.
