Great Experience
I called Theater Creations and several companies to get estimates on purchasing a 50" tv and accessories. Johnny was so helpful in helping me decide what was the best brands and guided me through what I wanted to happen in my living room and master bedroom. I had no clue about technology so it was nice to not just simply get a "quote". I felt very comfortable with them, and now I have the perfect tv and easy to use system in my bedroom and living room. What happened???
Had TV serviced by Johnny on 10/8. He determined he needed to order a replacement lamp. He didn't call back. I called 10/24 asking for update. Johnny called back 10/27 & said they were moving office & forgot. He promised callback by the next morning. Again no call, and still no call even through 10/31. 23 days without BIG SCREEN HD TV during football season and no communication is ridiculous. And they still charged me a $99.00 service fee. Not a great Customer Service model.

Excellent Customer Service
Johnny & his team did a great job installing a couple LCD TVs and a multi-room/multi-speaker surround system. They also built a custom built-in cabinet to hold all of the audio equipment. It looks like it was always there and blends perfectly with the other cabinets in the room. Due to the age of the house, they had to be pretty creative to hide all the wires! The end result turned out great. Johnny could always be reached, even after hours, for technical assistance. Their expertise vs. the amount charged was a great value. Give Johnny a call. You will not be disappointed!

Great find!
I purchased my 50" plasma from them for less than I could get it at Best Buys. They installed it in my living room with a superb surround sound system. They provided a universal remote that controls everything with ease. They also built custom shelving on each side of my fireplace. I was very impressed with the company and the overall value. I have had no problems with my system at all. They are a great find.

Awesome staff and quality work...
Thank you to Ray, Johnny and Larry for the great work. We had several components installed. Johnny installed the in-ceiling speakers, front speakers, center channel, sub and the receiver. Larry built the custom made shelves and cabinets to hold all the equipment. The finished product is beautiful. We hit a few bumps along the way but the great thing is that they will go to any length to make the customer happy. My wife and I really appreciate the good work.
