Our family was so impressed with Dr. Phoenix, her assistants, and the new office. We had no wait and Dr. Phoenix did a good job engaging with my daughter to make her feel comfortable. It's a great place to take kids and I've been going for several years myself.

The service is always excellent, prompt and professional. The staff was very courteous and Dr. Hall, really seemed to care about my needs. I felt I could ask him any question. After the visit I felt confident that I had a complete exam.

I agree with others' complaints about LONG waits and the high tech check-in kiosk. The irony of having these "electronic receptionists", I gather, is to bring EFFICIENCY to the office?! LOL!! I too, have witnessed how elderly patients (and others)who are visually and tech challenged are told by the human receptionist to use the KIOSK to check in! These things are OK for airport flight check-in, but have NO business in a medical office (ESPECIALLY an opthamologist) where personal care is expected and deserved. So, what's the purpose of having a human receptionist AND the kiosks when it would take 30 seconds to check-in a patient...either way I too have waited very long times..1,2,3 hours to see a doctor (especially Thursdays).

I spent over three hours trying to get my contacts fitted and a new eye prescription. The contacts lady, Ashley, was AMAZING (she should go find another job somewhere where everyone else is as professional as her), but the practice itself was incredibly poorly managed (they didnt even have my prescription contacts there to fit them with). Dr. Hall spent MINUTES with me and I could tell he had not even ready anything on me before he saw me. Never did he apologize for how long I had waited there. He was not particularly nice either, which you better be when you make your patients wait so long for you. Finally, eventhough my insurance mentioned them as in network, apparently the contact fitting was not and I was never warned of this. This is a courtesy I have never had a problem with, in fact, i go to doctors where if the insurance lists them incorrectly, they honor it OR warn me of it. The entire staff was increadibly unhelpful, when you first sign in, there are a bunch of senior citizens that have difficulty READING (duh! why are they at the EYE doctor anyways??!!) and arent good with technology, and they put them to fill out everything on this computer and they didnt know how to do it and NO one would help them at the desk until one of them finally asked the lady. Then when I checked out, they did not even offer me some sunglasses for my dilated eyes. HORRIBLE PRACTICE. I WAITED OVER THREE HOURS THERE.

I Have been a patient at Dr. Weber's since he opened at Thomas Crossroads. I have always received excellent care and service especially just recently when I had cataract surgery done. I highly recommend Dr. Weber and Thomas Eye Group for any eye care services that anyone may require!

Dr. Ronald Weber performed cataract surgery on my eye 11/8/07. He is a very kind, skilled, considerate surgeon. I would recommend him to any of my friends. I am indebted to him. Thanks, Dr. Weber

Doctors and staff are excellent and very caring. However, expect to spend the day there as they are terribly inefficent at scheduling appointments and getting people in and out in a timely fashion. If you expect to be seen within 30 minutes of your appointment, this is not the place for you.
