Our initial impression was that the doctor was great. We went to a follow-up visit to order glasses for our son. Even though their office was "In Network", we were told that we had to pay the co-pay and the entire cost of the glasses. Our insurance company had told us that it should have been covered with the co-pay. Then we started to have issues with the billing. They had filed the insurance incorrectly and we had to keep calling them to try to get it resolved, SO WE COULD BE REIMBURSED. After the fourth time calling, the office manager essentially told us that it didn't matter to them. They had received their money, and there was nothing else they needed to do. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. They have forgotten that their patients are actually customers who can go elsewhere.
