This was the absolute worst experience I have encountered in a body shop. Our car was broken into earlier this week. The window was smashed and the frame around the window was bent. First this took 4 days to fix. Second, we asked to be called with an estimate before they began working on the car - they did not. Third, the estimate given to our insurance was less than what they charged us. Unfortunately our deductible was higher than what they charged us so we were basically screwed. When I questioned the manager about it, he was just rude. Rude, rude, rude. It's bad enough to have your car broken into, but to then to be treated like dirt by the place where you take your car to be fixed is just unimaginable. To top it off, when we opened the car what do we find in the back seat but broken glass. Not only were they rude, but they did a bad job as well. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Please.
