Three-13 Salon, Spa & Boutique

When you walk in they will get you with their lavish atmosphere and all their extra services but overal 3-13 is over priced and does a mediocre job for a " haut couture " salon. I had to go back twice for my color before they actually got it right and every time I would go for a cut they continually took too much off instead of listening to what I wanted. I will not be returning here.

Georgia Shannon knows her stuff. I am a redhead with grey roots, which I have found is very hard to color. Georgia was so knowledgeable and also so attentive! Great job. I will return as long as she is there.

Jo is so talented! She listens to what I want and gives me feedback like "We can totally do that. But it's not going to look like that picture because your hair is more fine." I've stopped bringing in pics and just tell her to make me look good. She always does!

I called Three13 late Saturday morning after a morning of terrible salon service. I had been to three other salons and waiting over two and a half hours at them with no help or service. I was delighted at how kind the girl on the phone was, and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon.

The atmosphere is definitely a unique one, but I enjoyed the fact that everyone there was able to express their personal style (even if I was a little surprised by some of them! ha ha). I was told my haircut would be $29, and I thought it was a little steep, but was desperate. My hair was dry and brittle and in serious need of attention.

I received a wax hand treatment and a head,neck, shoulder massage. Then, my Hairdresser Brittany, provided me with a complimentary conditioner. She then sat with me and we talked about exactly what I wanted, and after looking at the damage done to my hair by another salon, she gave me a wonderful haircut and brought my hair back to life!

I would recommend this salon to anyone! The price is great for getting a shampoo, hair cut, consultation, head/neck/shoulder massage, and a wax hand treatment!

I've been going to Three-13 for a little over 12 years, and I have yet to leave there feeling less than happy!

You would be hard-pressed to find a more professional, more educated and more friendly group of people in any salon in Atlanta. They genuinely listen to your wants and needs, and then provide you with service that exceeds your expectations.

I see Collie for hairstyling, Stephanie for color and Amanda and Candace for manis, pedis and waxing. But, it doesn't matter who you see--everyone who works there is top in their field.
