WARNING - if you store your RV at this location!
WARNING – if you store your RV at Three Way Campers in Marietta. This lot is NOT monitored and is NOT secure.
We originally stored our trailer at Three Way Campers in Marietta in 1997. We faithfully paid our monthly storage fees which increased over the years from $35 a month to $75 a month.
In August, 2008 we decided to move our trailer and were informed that it was gone. It is unknown how or when the unit “disappeared”. The last record of our unit’s existence on the lot was in 2003 when Three Way expanded their facilities. Three Way claims that they have no way of knowing when our unit was removed. However, they did continue to accept our storage fees for an “empty” lot.
Three Way claims no knowledge and no liability.
Three Way does NOT monitor this lot and although there is a fence, the units are NOT secure. Three Way does not check identification or ownership when a vehicle is removed or accessed. They do not monitor people or vehicles entering the lot. There has reportedly been numerous cases of vandalism to stored units and at least one theft.
