LOVE Thrive
Thrive Fitness and the trainers there are showing me that I am stronger than I thought I was. I turned the big 4-0 this year and wanted and needed to make a change in my lifestyle. I've gone through other programs, and other personal trainers before, but have always 'fallen off' after awhile. The results I've gotten in the just less than 3 months have been GREAT. I actually have a waist. :) There's tone in my arms. And, best of all, I look forward to my workouts.
