Wedding Vendors beware!, 6/10/2010

AZ Bride Mag is horrible. Kedra (sales) was so nice and always professional BEFORE I signed a contract to run print and web ads. AFTER is a completely different story.My web ad was supposed to run in... May, it's now June 10 and still nothing! I sent the ad in well before deadline, and I have sent 2 follow up emails since, inquiring where my ad is. I even emailed their web department, Anna and Megan and still no reply!Funny how before I signed with them to advertise, Kedra would reply almost immediately, never took more than 24hrs to get back to me. Now it's been a week since my last follow up email and still nothing. They have charged me for the full amount and STILL I HAVE NO AD ANYWHERE!What a HUGE disappointment. Just VERY poor business practice. I was quite happy to have the ad run in June (a whole month late), but since no one has gotten back to me I guess I have to reverse the charges.I highly recommend NOT advertising with them if you are a vendor in Arizona. They will be nice to get your money, then no contact after.

Professional until you sign., 12/28/2009

This was one of the most unfortunate decisions I have ever made, signing with Arizona Bride, which Tiger Oaks is the main publisher of.\r\rThe sales lady was great until the contract was signed then... she was hands off, told me who to contact in which department for what.\r\rThen I attempted to contact the art department several times (both phone and e-mail) before the deadline then got a very rude phone call the day before the art was due about my ad and what was wrong with it.\r\rThe billing department was the best, when the second part of my contract was due instead of keeping payments they took the entire amount and then it took me five people and three months to get it fixed. As a vendor I know it is a very simple fix, they just did not feel like dealing with it PLUS they refused to compensate me in any way for their mistake and all the hassle.\r\rI never got a bite from the magazine, just a headache and a couple calls from other vendors wondering about how happy I was advertising with them and I told them the truth so maybe they could avoid the same headache.\r\rSO unless you just have money and time to toss away I would avoind them (or at least the Arizona region)
