First of all, I am one of Danny's customers. He IS busy at times and he can be short. That happens. Your car OBVIOUSLY HAS AN UNDERLYING PROBLEM that is causing repeated failure/fouling of your spark plugs. Danny would have found that failure and fixed it. The dealers are the worst mechanics, with extremely specialized limited knowledge. They charge $130.00 or more hourly. When your warranty runs out, YOU will have to pay for the issue. You should have taken it ti Danny. Seriously. Epic fail, but then, by now a year and a half later, you have figured that out havn't you.

Danny is top notch. He is honest and reliable. Our cars are well cared for in a timely manner, and his prices are very reasonable. We've been using Danny for years; he does not give you the typical (frustrating) dealership experience, nor does he recommend services you don't need to meet the bottom line. Danny keeps our cars running smoothly and our pocketbooks from being drained. He makes car repair a pleasant experience, despite the fact that pleasant and car repair are paradoxical, and in my experience, he does not treat women differently than men. We will never go anywhere else.

I called this shop because I needed to get my spark plugs replaced. When I told the guy on the phone this he snarked and asked me what made me think it was spark plugs. Maybe since I am a female he felt this was an appropriate reaction. I let it go and explained to him that this is the 4th time in three years this has happened and it was identical to the other three times. He made the universal sound of annoyance, again, and said I just might be wrong. I said that was fine, could I bring it by for him to look at. He said, "So you will leave it." I replied, "I guess so." He said, "YOU WILL LEAVE IT. NO other choice." He was very rude and condescending and I will never consider seeing how good their car work is because if they cannot treat me decently and respectfully then I would not trust them with a car. I took mine to the dealership, it was the spark plugs, and they were under warranty, so it all worked out in the end.

I needed an A/C hose, that dealer quoted $590.00 (with my discount). I called Danny at the Tilly Mill Service Center, and he quoted (at the high end) less than half of the dealer's quote. Danny's parts vendor couldn't get the part to meet his commitment of next day delivery, so he went to the Nissan dealership to buy the part. I'll never go anywhere else for service. Danny is trustworthy, honest and dependable.

I've been taking my cars to Danny for almost 10 years now, and for good reason. He's always honest with his pricing, doesn't try to sell me service or repairs that I don't need, and knows exactly what he's doing, regardless of the make/model of car. I recently went into business as an auto broker and I'll take every vehicle I buy to Tilly Mill Service Center for an inspection prior to putting it up for sale.

We moved from Houston about 7 years ago where we had an outstanding mechanic and never thought we would ever find that again. I drive a 10 year old car that I no longer desire to take to the dealership to have worked on. I was referred to Danny by a client of mine and I've never looked back. He's come out to my house before to jump my car (2x). His services are inexpensive but on point.

Danny is great. How often do you use the word honest in conjunction with auto repair? Our family goes to Tilly Mill Service Center frequently. In fact, we had a major repair made on our car. Two months later the local oil change guy mentioned that the recently repaired part was starting to fail. We called Danny, and he replaced it free of charge and apologized for the problem. His prices are reasonable, and we don't think he is out to create problems to hit a monthly quota, just to fix cars and help customers in the process.

They are as honest as the day is long. Danny is very nice and knowledgeable. The other guys are nice too. I have been going there for 15 years. They do good work at fair prices. GO THERE - you really don't need to look around.

First of all, this is NOT a gas station! They do not have any pumps, although it was converted from a gas station more than 20 years ago. They do excellent auto repair at a reasonable price. Their quote for a brake job was $100 less than my former repair shop and I have depended on Tilly Mill Service ever since.
