Working with Tim on our fence repair was smooth and easy. He performed high quality work, and he completed the job quickly. While he was at the house he also recaulked our kitchen sink and it looks... fabulous. We're excited to have found our go-to handyman!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
We have an outside wood door that had rotted wood. Every other supplier told us that we needed a new door. Tim asked me to email a picture and right away said "you don't need a new door, this can... be repaired." He fixed the door, at a total cost of less than half of what I would have paid; and it looks great. I highly recommend him, for the quality of work and for his integrity.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Tim is super patient and quite the handyman. Although we originally discussed replacing my toilet, sink and lighting fixture, after taking a closer look, he opted out of moving and replacing the lighting fixture...not a problem. I appreciate his honesty but it required me to call on another handyman/electrician to finish the job. My 'state-of-the-art' toilet took a bit of time to put in but he was patient with it and my 'ikea' floating sink. All in all, he did an awesome job.

Tim arrived on time and did an excellent job of replacing a ceiling fan & toilet. Immediately after he left I discovered that part of my garage ceiling had just collapsed. I called and he returned immediately, discussed several options, and came back later to do the additional work. Great job!

I've had a real tough shower cabin to clean, and Tim provided me a free of charge advice once I've sent him the pix of these spots. I really truly appreciate this extremely helpful advice - since it indeed solved the problem once and for all. In the future - I'll definitely hire Tim for the professional help around my house and strongly recommend using Tim's help to anyone I know.

I had a horrific plumbing problem that Tim was able to repair. He was on time and fixed it in a timely manner. I would recommend him to all my friends and will use him for any of my home repairs.

No ones perfect! Tim did a great job fixing my fence. He also came back to correct a minor issue in the attic that we had. He definitely honors his guarantees. Which is hard to get people to do in this space.

Tim took care of some siding that had come loose and had fallen off the side of the house. What a great turnaround!!! I was pleased with the service and my insurance company was as well. I would refer Tim to my friends. I am also thinking about using him for some other things that I want done to the house.

Tim is great. I have used him for two different projects and have been very satisfied with each one. He installed a flat screen TV mount in my bedroom and professionally hid the wires. He also installed lighting in a tight spaced closet complete with wall mounted switch. He communicates well, leads you through all the steps and often offers options that I may not have thought of. Good handy men are not cheap but Tim's pricing is fair and he worth all the money spent. Call Tim today!

I have used Tim now a couple times for repairs and renovations in our house. He has installed closet shelves, a garbage disposal and most recently new lighting in our kitchen. Tim always recommends the value approach; is very conscientious, honest, thorough and professional. Always competitively priced, if not lower. He always exceeds expectations!

I contacted Tim to do a repair to my attic ladder, install a set of track lights in my bedroom, add a new electric outlet in an existing built in shelf and add a door to the shelf making into a cabinet. The main purpose of the outlet was to allow me to put a printer on the shelf and be able to close off the printer and some office supplies from general view in the house. The main complaint I have with Tim is that he was difficult to communicate with. Instead of listening to what I wanted and what I was willingly to pay for he had is own ideas and would talk over me. For example he encouraged me to use 300 watt bulbs on and existing light instead of installing a new light. The other issue is that he was rushed at putting up the door for the cabinet and the printer wouldn't fit in the cabinet which was the main reason I had the door and outlet added. I paid Tim for the work done but contacted him the next day to ask if i paid his helper could he come back and finish the projects mainly painting the door and finishing the attic stairs which are still loose. He said his helper could come back the following week and I called and try to reschedule this but I never heard from him again. He was over the estimated $ amount. He did not install the track lights in the bedroom, the attic stairs are still loose and the cabinet door is not painted and we had to drill a hole in the wall to fit the printer. Essentially he completed nothing fully. I would not recommend Tim to anyone.

As usual I ALWAYS try to save my customer money by making recommendations because I want my customers to always get value for their money..The reason nothing got done was because KWILLIA1 was very disorganized...she wanted to put a printer in a cabinet and never measured it to see if it would fit and it didn't fit,so I made some recommendations on how to solve the problem and she and her husband was going to think about them..I had no problem installing her light for them in their bedroom, but again I will make recommendations if I think I can save you money with a simple solution..so when I stated I would be glad to install the light since she didn't like my solutions..I asked her where is the light and she states somewhere in the attic, but she didn't know where, she was not prepared to install any lights, then I told her that I needed to have the attic cleared out so I could run the wiring, she said that would have to be cleared out later,so again she was not ready to install any lights, again poor planning on her part. Then she asked me to fix her pull down steps that the left spring kept coming loose..so I fixed the left side, then her husband arrives after we get back from home depot and states that the right side comes loose too..but I only had one bolt at the time and used it to fix the left side..talk about poor communications, maybe if she had communicated with her husband ahead of time then we could have picked the bolt up when we were at home depot, but as usual I wanted to save my customer the money they would have had to pay for me to go back to home depot for one bolt so I told her when they clear out the attic and are ready for me to install the light I would pick up the bolt on my way in at no charge..She never did mention anything about painting the door when I was there, and only complained after we left..so I offered her to come back at half price to make her happy, paint the door and finish the steps.I did state that I would call her back with the day I would be able to make it out,but to my surprise when I went to get her paper work to call her back I could not find it and therefore could not call her back..I was hoping she was going to call me in a few days to find out why I had not called her back, but instead I got this review...so I apologies for loosing your paperwork/phone #...but I stand by all my work with a 3 year warranty on labor in writing and have more integrity then most people and I ALWAYS look out for your best interest..I did not become Handyman of the year for 2012 by not taking care of my customers..My reviews speak for themselves.I was willing to over look your poor planning and be patient with you by offering you a discount, but I guess you had no patients with me..
Within 24 hours, Tim quoted my job, arrived, and completed it without a hitch in less than an hour. He did light carpentry (spur of the moment, at the end), electrical work, and plumbing quickly and well. We are so pleased with the repairs and upgrades and the price was lower than I expected. We will definitely hire Tim again. Thank you!

Tim has completed multiple projects for my husband and me. Most recently he fixed a leak that was coming from our first floor ceiling. We were really impressed that he was able to immediately know what the root cause of the problem was. It turned out to be an upstairs toilet and he knew exactly how to fix it! Then he went out of his way to help us seal our shed door and provide tips on how to prevent more moisture from going inside the shed. We really appreciate his professionalism and handywork.
