Engaged for a tricky tree removal; excellent job & service with attention to my landscaping; would use again
We recently contracted with Timberline Tree Service and Landscaping to take down a very large, deteriorating, leaning tree from our backyard. We were very impressed with the professional and timely... service from Timberline. The owner of Timberline was on site the entire time his crew was cutting and removing the tree. They exceeded our expectations and we would use them again, if needed. My recommendation for Timberline Tree Service and Landscaping is A++ for their outstanding, professional and timely service.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Qualified - check; Responsive - check; Honest - check; Knowledgable - check; Professional - check; Pat Busha is at the top of his business and takes time to thoroughly investigate property. Though pricing was tad high, we felt the extra expense was worth the job done right. Timberline did an exceptional job and with the torrential rains following (3) days following the tree removal, we are absolutely positive we made the right choice. Thanks Pat!

I, like some other reviewers, noticed the great reviews written for Timberline Tree Service. I found that the reviews do indeed tell the story. I needed some trees removed as well as some clean up for a number of others. I would like to share my thoughts on where I believe you will see the value in working with Timberline: Proposal Mr. Busha understands that your objectives are the reason you call in the first place. He worked with me to find the best cost-benefit solution to my needs. His approach seemed to consider a number of important factors including (in no particular order) my budget, the overall health of the trees on the property, curb-appeal for the property, etc. The work Showed up on-time when scheduled. Crew was professional. Did exactly what he proposed. No questions no surprises no collateral damage (quite important!) The big finish Left my property IMMACULATE. NO exaggeration. Very pleased with the results. Impressed with the service. Worth the call.

Pat is amazing, there is just no other way to say it. He is the 3rd landscape company that I have dealt with since moving to Atlanta 9 months ago. He came by yesterday to look at some "sick" pine trees, immediately he told me I had beetles and the trees had to come down now! He rearranged his schedule to come today (the very next day!) to take down my trees, he was very concerned about those beetles! I trusted him, but still "googled" pine beetles and everything he told me was right on. This would be great just on it's own, the fact that he came by so fast and rearranged his schedule to fix my problem. But then I asked him to look at my back yard, I had another company totally redo it last November. There are more problems than I have room to describe, we discussed the major ones and his ideas for improvements. We have a plan to move some trees and fix a drainage problem (that wasn't there prior to my renovation!). I just can't say enough great things about Pat and Timberline. I used Kudzu before to find my other companies and still didn't have good luck, I wish I would have found Pat first! Thanks Pat!

I have used two other tree co. off of kudzu in the last three yrs. Timberline is by far the most professional and Pat Busha has a wealth of knowledge about trees and landscaping. He did a wonderful job , way above our expectations All the other so called tree experts could take a lesson from Mr. BushaHe knows what he is talking about when it comes to trees. It was a real pleasure doing business with him and I will always use his service and so will my family and friends,so if anyone wanting top quality tree work at a fair price,( They do not do cheap discount work) and I am so glad to do business with a true professional! Thank You so so much !!! Mr. Busha

Generally I am a bit of a skeptic. However, when enough pending doom and gloom are predicted from the supposed professional, it can have an impact on me. Luckily Pat Busha came to the rescue and kept me from making a big mistake and spending thousands unnecessarily. A month ago I decided a previous tree specialist may not be all that he claimed to be. Wanting a second opinion I reviewed Kudzu and contacted Pat Busha. Initially I gave him no details about a previous diagnoses. Mr. Busha closely inspected the trees and then asked why I wanted them removed. I explained the previous diagnoses noting that my house was apparently about to be split into two pieces. He then began teaching me how a supposed tree specialist can take advantage of a home owner. He is a gentle man with vast amounts of knowledge, but he graciously explains every detail, repeatedly if necessary. Turns out my trees are fairly healthy, a little stressed, but pending doom is not about to land on my house. He showed me how to care for them, and I as a home owner can provide most of the care myself. Looks like that fishing trip to Florida isn't out of the question after all. I think I will send Mr. Busha a post card from Florida and thank him for the trip. After all, he is the one that paid for my vacation when he didn't take all my money. Mr. Busha, you may not wear a red cape or jump over tall buildings, but I have to say you are pretty super in my book ... my check book that is.

I am so thankful to have found Pat Busha ,He is a highly qualified Arborist with many years in the tree business. I needed an Arborist to find the problem with several large trees surrounding my office complex. I hired another tree Co. with an ISA certified Arborist and they wre not able to diagnose or treat our trees efectively. I was referred to Pat Busha, He came out and looked at all my trees did some probeing around the base of several trees and looked at leaves under a microscope, he told me what was wrong and the treatment needed, he also recommended one tree be removed weak root system and it was close to our parking lot. After four months as he said the trees improved very much and now they are just beautiful! He and his team removed one big tree and watching them was better than a broadway show ! Man! Pat really knows his stuff!! the best tree Co. I have ever met He has another lifelong Customer!! He now takes care of all our properties which number 18. Thank You Pat!!!

I interviewed several well known landscape Co's before decideing on Timberline. After talking to Mr. Busha and reviewing his plan to landscape my back yard it was very apparent that this man knows exactly what makes a great landscaping job. He presented a plan that gave me everything I wanted and so much more, his vision was miles ahead of the other co's I talked to. The project went smooth and was finished on time, it was a pretty big job and when Pat was through my yard looked just Beautiful!! I and my family and friends are just in awe at his creativeity! Such High quality workmanship!! I am fortunate to have found Pat Busha here on Kudzu. He has my highest rating I wish I could give him another 50 stars!!! Thank You soooo much! Mr. Busha

After talking to two other highly rated tree services on Kudzu , I decided to call Timberline Tree Svc. Pat Busha is far and away more knowledgeable and much more professional than the first two Co's I talked to. All of Mr. Busha's Five Star ratings are well deserved and earned. He did a Crazy Magnificent job!! removing two nightmare trees, That's what one of the other tree svc. described them as.To watch him work and direct his crew was a real pleasure He knows his profession inside and out. Just a Great Job!! all the way around! Way to go Pat!!! Everyone needing tree work should call him first,or last just make sure you call, you will not be disapointed.

Pat and his crew built a 40 foot retaining wall for me. This involved cutting into the hillside and moving the earth back a good 5+ feet. Pat is very professional and he and his crew worked all day, even in these crazy rainstorms we have been having and knocked out the project in record time. Pat went above & beyond our expectations with the wall and showed me what plants I already had growing in my yard could be utilized to landscape the project. Tiomberline Tree Service is the "complete package", all we could hope for and more. They are HIGHLY reccomended by myself and my husband. : ) We will use Timberline Tree Serive and Pat Busha in any future projects my jungle of a back yard throws our way. Thanks Pat!!!

Pat was first to respond with a bid. He did a lot of tree removal and then landscaped the yard. Looks GREAT. No matter the weather, Pat kept his word on the overall timeline and worked with me on every suggestion or change I wanted. A man of his word -- hard to find these days. Thanks, Pat.

Pat was able to give me and my wife two estimates during our house searches,on two different properties in the same month. he didn't bat a lash! I have found him very responsive, honest and able to break it down to laymen's terms. Seek Pat out, I will when I closeon this property forboth tree and major landscaping (retaining wall). Veteran owned company to boot!

I recently (Feb, 2009) used Timberline to remove 7 large (approx. 60" circumference) sweet gum pine trees and 2 crepe myrtles from my property (cut, stump grind & haul debris away). Pat Busha and his team did an outstanding job (and they were fun to watch). They arrived on time, did what they promised, and left my property as clean as when they arrived. I am not easy to please, but I was totally satisfied and I would highly recommend Timberline Tree Service & Landscaping.

I selected Timberline to remove my trees based upon customer reviews.(They weren't wrong) Everyone wants to tell you if they have had great service and even more so if they haven't. I cannot add to this review that hasn't been already said by other Timberline customers. If you are looking for a great job, done well, look no further than Pat Busha and Timberline Tree Service.

I spoke with several "experts" before deciding upon Timberline Tree Service. Pat Busha was by far the most informative, and clearly the most knowledgable. Service was "Ritz" quality - prompt, courteous and exceeded all expectations. Pat is the ultimate professional - I highly recommend his service.

Recently, I needed some tree work done on a rental property that I own. After considering several companies, I decided to use Timberline. And, I was not disappointed. It was a pleasure doing business with Pat Busha and his team. Pat is very personable and knowledgeable. He was prompt and did exactly what he said he was going to do. If I ever need tree service in the future, I will definitely call Timberline. Thanks for a job well done!
