it ahs been a problem ever since i started with time warner. nice customer service employees, but many don't seem to have knowledge on what they are doing. there a lot of havoc in their company.

I recently moved to Dayton and had to transfer my cable to my new home. I signed up online and was very quickly (the next morning) contacted to make the change. I talked to an associate named Kelly and she could not have been more helpful. She signed me up for a free year of a movie channel and when I asked her if she could lower my monthly payment she did!! By $20 a month!! We set up a time for the installation and the installer was on time and very friendly. I have never had a better experience with a cable provider.
