I was extremely disappointed in the service I received for the repair of my car after an accident. At one point, due to errors on their part, in an effort to correct them, they came across quite condescending and pretty much nonchalant. Unfortunately, the dealership I use recommended this particular shop and I in turn notified them of my disappointment and how this shop is nowhere near a positive reflection of their dealership. Should my car be involved in another accident, I will NOT return to Tim's.

From the Manager's to the Owner's. They are RACIST'S Who took off their white hood's and robe's and put on shirt's and tie's They treat black's unfairly and half do they're car's while they treat white customer's totally different! And to top it all off, they are in the middle of a black community!!! Making million's over the year's from black people. I've yet to see a black person working in the front office.

As well my car was taken to Tim's Body Shop. After it was repaired the first time after my accident the person I presume was the manager as well was rude. He tried to get me to understand why my car is two different colors (like my car is a light silver and the bumper is a dark gray. So basically all I got was excuses as well. I'm not even sure if I have to pay for extra days on the car rental yet because of them. This manager I believe his was rude just right out rude. We all know how people can come off attempting to be courtesy but yet they have a sarcastic attitude. I have been here previously and witness they work and the customer service, and assume that I would get the same. But it appears since I didn't have an high end Nissan or an Infiniti and just a cheap little Versa I didn't deserve what the others did.

I took my car to Tim's Body Shop after I discuss the body work with the person I presume was the manager. They had my car for almost four weeks just to repair a door. I keep calling and visiting the body shop to get a time frame as to when I will get my car. I got excuses. I had to pay for the extra days of the rental car because my car wasn't ready. It's best to be sure the parts are on hand before leaving your car. There was some type of grease on my car seat I had to get them to clean and the cover on my stick shift was loose. Don't want to deal with this body shop again.

I took my vehicle to Tim's after an awful accident at the suggestion of my insurance company. Unfortunately, the work was not completed as promised. I had to go back numerous times. It's so hard these days finding services you can trust.

The staff at Tim's Paint and Body Shop took GREAT care of me and my BMW...from the minute I walked into the door until I picked up my car. They kept me informed through the whole process and even helped me with the insurance company and the rental car people. My car was ready on time and the work amazing. I am definitely a repeat customer!!

Great service! I cant say enough. I was so worried the insurance company was going to screw me over....but i didnt have to worry about a thing! They took care of everything...made the insurance company come back out to fix the hidden damage and even went over the repairs line by line on the estimate..very courtesously went over every part, the paint is awesome...My car looks better than ever now!

I took my SUV to the Troncalli Nissan in Decatur in December for some break work and asked for an estimate to replace a rear bumper. Tim's Body Shop has a location inside Troncalli and quoted me a great price for the repair. I went back to Troncalli several weeks later to drop off my car for the repair. Tim's did not want to keep my car, as they did not have the parts in stock. They told me they would call me later that day to let me know when to bring my car back. They also kept my estimate from December. Almost two (2) weeks later and they still have not called back and now I have no estimate. They missed out on my business as well as my word of mouth to friends and relatives about their non-responsiveness.

I had to take my truck back to them twice for the same repair and it still is not fixed correctly. They told me my upholstery was repaired, picked up my truck they had tried to repair holes with a hot glue gun instead of re-upolstering the seats. They put my third brake light on upside down. Tim's was supposed to repair the vent knob on my dash from a vandalism incident. Told me is was repaired and yet it still did not work. Apparently, they think customers are fools. All this time I was paying for a rental car, while they took their time doing nothing. Total days in their shop for my little incident was 37 days. This is Progressive Insurance prefered shop, beware and make sure to choose your own shop.
