I had a car financed there and when my husband became ill and I had to get a part time job I got behind. My husband is 60 and I'm 55. I begged them to let me get caught up but they wouldn't hear of it and when I was 45 days late one of the Collection men in OKC told me he didn't want to hear any more "sob stories" and that either I pay current and stay current or he would have the car repossed. I turned the car in and then got a letter that it would be sold privately and that if I could come up with the total amount I could have my car back. Needless to say that will not happen. I wouldn't recommend this Credit Union to anyone.
