Had a new roof on the garage in 2010. I was very impressed with customer service and workmanship. They even did a few thing for us that were not on the bid with no charge. Also call a week after the job was done to make sure we were happy and if there was anything else we needed. Would reconmend to everyone.

Seem to be knowledgable in their product, but their workmanship is shoddy. Have had a new roof since 2005, have had leak since 2006 and cannot get them to fix it. Never put flashing around fireplace chimney even though they told me they did when I wasn't home. Now it will cost us $861 to repair. Called 9 days ago and they never called me back. Poor installation and no customer service once they got their money.

Ma'am, I am the President of Tip Top Roofing and I work closely with my employees and clients. I sincerely apologize for the confusion associated with your repair. There was a misunderstanding at some point between the secretary and yourself, and you went ahead and called another company. Unfortunately, you called the company that actually does have the reputation of being the worst in town, and they charged you $861.00 for an hours worth of actual repair time. That makes it seem like a large project, but it's common for them to use their high pressure/high price tactics on people in need to assist in early retirement for them. You initially had us put your roof on because of our reputation as the top roofing company in the tricounty area and I feel terrible for this mishap and as we discussed on the phone, I will be stopping by soon to discuss compensation. Our number one mission in business is to provide quality, value and a good feeling when our name comes up! After talking to you on the phone, you didnt seem as upset as the review let on, and knowing the games that our competitors use to try to bring down #1, I truly hope that they didnt suggest negative advertisement. After thousands and thousands of satisfied customers, this is the first case of someone else fixing our workmanship and I intend for it to be the last.
