I've had my third and final bad experience at Tips and Toes. Between my pedicure and manicure she drew blood three times, the manicure began chipping same day and overall lasted 3 days. The polish bottles are mostly OPI but lack residue along sides above polish level (which appears in every bottle I've ever owned) so I can only assume it's being thinned to become a lesser product. As there was lack of long lasting wear between my daughter and I's fingers and toes, there's no reason to return. I've had a far better overall experience at Beauty First and Charisma Salon and would not recommend Tips and Toes to a friend.

I have been going here for several years, despite the rudeness of the owner, I like Susan she is talented and fast, her work is first rate. Today however ice cold pedicure, followed by a full set. I was sooooo cold from the pedicure, the air conditioning was on and on , on. I asked Susan to turn the air up for just a bit so that I could warm up. She told me to ask as the owner would not do that for her, when I requested her to turn the air up, she said she was hot. She went to the back of the salon were it is much warmer. I walked out before my nai S were complete , will not be back, BEWARE

Wow, was my experience ever different than that of other reviewers. I walked in at 5 p.m. Saturday and had the longest, most luxurious foot and leg massage in addition to a professional pedicure. I opted for the gel nails and they are great. Although Nina (Nguyen Thi Ny) worked diligently, she was so thorough that I was there for an hour and a half. I would go back for the massage alone!

I agree that this is the worst nail salon that I have visited. I wanted my nails done on a Sunday, so I was a walk in. The girl/woman who did my nails talked on her bluetooth headset phone the entire time and appeared to not speak English. Anything I pointed out to her did not seem to get through to her. Anyway, she cut my cuticles so close, that they are still very sore 4 days later! She trimmed most of may nails with clippers, in at an angle that looks very odd. The polish was all over my cuticles and even along the sides of my fingers! She did my nails so fast, it was as if she was in some sort of a race or something. Very little massage done, but she "pounded" each arm along the sides about 5 times. Very strange. I am mad at myself for being impatient enough to not wait and schedule with my regular nail stylist the next day. Now I have to wait for my nails to grow out so they look normal again. She destroyed my nails!

3 of us had a french mani/pedi together before a reunion... they charged us for a nail flower design on our toes that none of us asked for (and it was poorly done) and then all of our nail polish peeled off 2-3 hours later! We went back and they refused to issue a refund or to do it over again. Apparently they didn't get all of the oil off before they polished and that's what caused it to peel. Either way, they were very rude and did a poor job. I would never go back.
