My mom, sister in law, and I went to this salon for my birthday. I had been once before and I couldn't remember any thing spectacular or horrifying so we went ahead and went back to tips and toes. We will not be back..we paid for the full pedi and the guy left my callus' rough and made me bleed, none of the techs cleaned our fingernails up before our manis-there was still dirt under my sisters nails and the old polish from my past mani was not all taken off! I also had an eyebrow wax and because she had already been paid by my family and had gotten a smaller tip she was very aggressive and hurt me when doing the wax. My skin was burnt badly. The attitude of the owner (tiffany) is embarassing, I too manage a business and find it shocking how she treats customers who are purchasing 8 services from you! Overall the worst trip nail salon I have been too.

I am pretty picky....but I use to do nails and I know what should be done. None of the instruments used had been cleaned between customers. I also felt like I was in a assembly line. 3 people worked on my feet to get people in and out. One cleaned and trimmed on did the massage and one painted. The painting was done so fast it was all over my cuticles. I will not be going back. $40 is ridiculous for what I got.

I was greeted cheerfully, sat right down to a nice pedicure chair (though it was a little wobbly), and my five year old daughter sat to wait (later they gave her a sucker.) They gave me a piece of paper with a special that was $35 which I declined and they were nice about it. Although I thought, immediately after I declined, I heard the manager mutter a word in Vietnamese to my pedicurist, after which the latter giggled. I got a very basic pedi for $22, which I thought was pricey. They did a decent job... Nothing stellar but no complaints.

I came here with my step-daughter who is 4 years old this afternoon. When we walked in I told them we wanted our nails painted and they said it would be about a fifteen minute wait. So my step-daughter picked her color and was sitting down very patiently as I was continuing to look at colors. Next thing I know the gentleman who told us fifteen minutes walked over and took my step-daughters polish out I her hands THEN came over to me and said "I'm sorry it will be an hour wait not fifteen minutes". My jaw dropped. They were doing pedi's on 3 or 4 lady's and a couple of them were already being polished. Definitely not an hours wait time. They obviously did not want to service myself or my young step-daughter. I could not believe how rude and disrespectful this nail salon is. I will definitely not be comming back and will let everyone in the queen creek area know how unprofessional the staff is. I'm still in shock he would take the polish out of a young girls hand before speaking to the adult. I'm disgusted!

I won't give this place the time of day. I am not impressed with the owner, Tiffany. She is rude and treats people poorly. I have went here several times before and everytime I go there Tiffany is not only rude to me but other customers as well. For a spa, you want your customers to feel good about themselves, get a little pampering not get a taste of your bad medicine. I was turned down for a walk in on several occassions. I can understand when I see people waiting, but not today. I went at 1:30pm and was told we could take you in an hour or more. No set time just come back after an hour. I came back at 2:45pm. I was told I missed my appointment and I could not be waited on until after 5pm. No appointment just after 5pm. I called this time at 5:30pm and was told that they are booked for the rest of the day until closing. I called back to make an appointment for a scheduled time and not just walk in and I was refused the appointment. I was told I cancelled out on 2 appointments already and I could just walk in. One there was no set appointments just come back and two they don't take walk ins even though their sign on the door says walk ins welcome. Walk ins are not welcomed and I don't see how anyone could feel welcomed in Tips n Toes. I would give you a tip if you want to try this spa. Don't find another spa to go to and don't waste your time. They are rude, over priced and the quality of their products and services are very poor compared to other nail spas in the area.

Owners Tony, Tiffany & Brother David created Tips N Toes Nail Salon - an awesome salon. Always immaculately clean, the people are extremely friendly & the service is second to none. I'm always greeted with a smile. I'm partial to the White Tip Pink Sparkles French Manicure - tastefully classic & beautiful. I also love the French pedicures (to match my nails). Tiffany hand-paints delicate little flowers that are absolutely stunning. This is not the least expensive salon I've been to, but the services are absolutely worth every penny. My nails & pedicures are noticed frequently - I receive great compliments from people I've never met before! To me, it's important that I look my best (great way to make a positive first impression when meeting customers & new colleagues). An added bonus (for me), are the two large flat screens constantly streaming CNN news - a phenomenal way to be pampered AND keep up on world news. NOTEl I find the review by ChristianMommy less than credible. Tony, Tiffany & David would never show any lack of concern for anyone, let alone a customer. It is highly unlikely there was "bleeding all over the place", that the nails were done as poorly as ChristianMommy stated & that Tony & Tiffany would not make it right. I highly recommend Tips N Toes. (Appointment recommended) Review by J. Simmons CEO Queen Creek Cattle Company.

I've been going to Tips n Toes for about six months. Tiffany gives great pedicures and excellent wax as well. Chairs are comfortable and facility is always clean. They aren't the cheapest in town, but aren't the most expensive. I drive past a few nail salons to get to this one - as the service is that good.

I've been going there since they opened. I've always enjoyed their friendly service, but I've had problems getting a constant level of quality as every time I've gone in I've had a different nail tech. I went it for fills with pink/white powder on clear tips. He repaired my three breaks with white tips and regular powder! NOTHING MATCHED and it looked horrid! Last time I was charged $35 for pink/white fills, almost $10 MORE than they've EVER charged me. They called them BACKFILLS twice during my service and I asked why, but I was given no explanation. He put pink/wht OVER clear powder, there was no drilling out and adding white. I'm now looking for a new nail salon to give my business to!

As hard as it is to find a good pink and white nail place I was so pleased that we now have one right here in Queen Creek. Everyone was very nice and they have great service to boot. The only thing I wasn't 100% thrilled with was my eyebrow waxing, which looked a little square to me, but my tips and toes were great!
