Tire Works Total Car Care

The 3 times ive been there i always had to walk out and pay more than original pricing. for some reason they always found more problems on my '03 car. good customer service just pricey and long waits!

To make a long story short
While doing work on my struts, they break them. They tell me they lack the ability to fix, and I have to take to a dealership, and Ill be reimbursed. So I do. After weeks of calling thier corporate office, I am told they will not reimburse me, and they tell me I never had any work done on my struts at thier store. Now Im looking at filing for small claims court to get my $2870 back....

I'm very happy with the customer service and quality of service I've recieved from Tire Works Total Car Care. I recently moved to Las Vegas and having to find new service centers that you trust is always a hassle. I'm very pleased with everything about this shop. A++
