They ran a Black Friday brake special. Specifically told them to resurface rotors. Store manager David said they did and I would need new rotors on next brake job. Inspection of rotors indicated that they were in fact not re surfaced. David than fabricated a story that the rotors chattered on the brake lathe so they stopped. In fact the rotors had never been touched only pads installed. Bottom line is they short cut work to save themselves money.

I had a flat that needed fixing. I generally dread getting any kind of car work done (bad past experiences!) but David, the store manager was fantastic! Very friendly, no attempts to push extra services on me or tell me that my car was broken (thank you!) and got the tire fixed quickly and back on the car. Friendly, efficient, and no pressure - what's not to love? Thanks!

I purhcased a set of tires for my 4x4 a while back from this business. After my first offroad experience, I noticed that the tires had abnormal wear from little use. I brought the car back and they replaced the affected tires with no questions asked.

A friend of mine brought their vehicle in for a Transmission problem. Ended up Being charged like over Three-Thousand dollars. She took her car to her regular mechanic for a oil change, they brought her out to the car to show her a sway bar link, She then asked do you like my New transmission.Come to find out there is no New Transmission. She was Totally ripped off.Thousands of dollars,Thanks to John. She is now in the process of taking the correct action,ie any & all including Legal.I recommend DO NOT take your car to John @ this Tire Plus rip you off place...Thousands of dollars = FELONY!!!

These guys were great. Very well informed and attentive. I just felt like I paid about $20 bucks more than wanted to pay. They're open on Sunday.
