Used these guys for years and they always go above and beyond for a reasonable value. See Tim and John. Don't step foot in a dealership before you see these guys.

I have taken two of my cars here for general car work and my mom has taken her car here for problems with her car. Their prices are fair and they are friendly each time we visit. Never had any problems with work they have done. Good place.

Having used Tires Plus in many locations in the past I looked for them when I moved to the area in November 2005. My Civic needed brake work and I had heard horror stories about another "BRAKE PLACE" in Atlanta. The other place had even been on the loacl news show about its deceptive pratices. I have come to trust the work done by Tires Plus and continue to seek them out when I need service for my car.

My car had a "mystery" problem and would just not start at times. The nice people at Tires Plus worked endlessly to trace and locate the problem. In the 2 days of diagnostic testing they were very reasonable. They did locate the electronic problem and the car runs great again.

I live very close to this location and I go there often. The last time I went for an oil change, I happened to have a coupon that also included a tire rotation. I purposely went there with that coupon because I was going to be traveling 10 hours to MD the next day and wanted to make sure my car was in good condition. When I went to pick up my car, I asked, just to make sure that the rotation was done and he said, "No, you didn't tell me you wanted that." I told him it was on the coupon but he didn't seem to care. The coupon didn't say I had to tell him to do it, I thought that if I gave him the coupon and the coupon said XYZ would be done, I expected them to be done. I never had a problem with them before but that definitely rubbed me the wrong way!
