I've been a Titan customer since I moved to Gwinnett County in 2006 with my wife and I can honestly say that I'll be a customer of their's for life. Titan is literally a stone's throw away from 85 which is perfect for my Wednesday comic fix for my commute coming home from work. The staff is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about all things comics. They meet you at your level, weather you're a newbie to the comic scene, or a seasoned vet - they always deliver the best possible customer service. Their selection of Graphic Novels and TPB is VAST and covers 3 shelves on the far wall of the store. And if for some reason they're out of what you're looking for, they can order it for you and it'll be there the following week. I've done this on a few occasions and have never had any issues. They also are very kid friendly. I have 2 girls (18mo & 6yr) and they are my world, and whenever they're with me the staff always pleasantly welcome them. Beth the Manager has over the past 12 months completely reorganized the shop's layout which looks awesome! It really makes the shop look larger, so if you haven't been by in a while stop in and check it out. Bottom line is that Titan fires on all cylinders, so if you're in the Gwinnett area you should stop by - I promise you won't leave disappointed.

I had to create an account here simply because I was outraged at the ridiculous lies I read. PiperGirlH has two reviews, one here and one at another comic shop, TeaHouse. Did you know the owner of TeaHouse comics used to work for Titan before she was let go? Odd. Oh, look, the other one star reviewer found here also 5-starred TeaHouse. I think that says more about that comic shop than any review ever could. Titan is a fantastic comic shop that only gets better. The staff is welcoming and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better store. I've seen them welcome long term customers and people wandering in out of curiosity with the same friendliness and courteousness. Most shops in the area will give you a cursory "hello" if they don't know you and leave it at that. Titan treats anyone who walks into their store as if they're family. You really can't beat them, and it's sad to watch people resort to mud slinging to try.

The store was a very gross place. It comes off more like a gamer hangout than a comic store. Very little new comics on the wall. The long hiared guy in the store seemed too preoccupied with talking to his girlfriend on the phone to even greet me as I steped into the store. When I asked for help, I was told they had none of the Charmed issues I was looking for and he made no attempt to offer to check with their other locations or to try to reorder. There were a crowd of gamers playing cards in the back which is good. However I had to squeeze through them to borrow the bathroom. Also I did not use the bathroom since it was a dark, dirty and little bathroom where people had urinated on the toilets and walls. Gross. I will not be returning to this gross and creepy shop.

A great little comic shop. Pull service, discounts, seasonal sales, great selection, and best of all, fantastic employees. Not only are they a great group of people to hang out and talk comics with, but I've seen them handle even the craziest customers in stride, never missing a beat or being less than polite and helpful. Something that's far too rare in the comic community.
